What we do

Electrical services, done properly

Clear scope, safe methods and a clean finish — whether it's a single fitting or a whole-home upgrade.

Repairs & fault finding

Flickering lights, dead outlets or breakers that keep tripping — we trace the cause, explain it plainly and fix it safely.

Rewiring

Partial or full rewires for older homes and renovations, planned room by room to keep disruption to a minimum.

Panel upgrades

Modern switchboards with the capacity and protection today's appliances, heat pumps and home offices need.

Lighting & fittings

Downlights, pendants, dimmers, outdoor and garden lighting — installed neatly and positioned for how you actually use the room.

EV charger installs

Home charging points sized to your vehicle and supply, with load checked first so everything else keeps running smoothly.

Safety inspections

Condition checks for buying, selling, renting or peace of mind, with a written summary of anything that needs attention.

How a visit works

No surprises, start to finish

A simple, predictable process so you always know what's happening and what it will cost.

  1. Tell us the job

Send a short description and a few preferred times. We'll reply to confirm details and book a visit.

  2. Assess on site

We inspect, test and talk you through the options — including what can wait and what shouldn't.

  3. Written quote

You receive a clear, itemised quote. Nothing starts until you've approved it.

  4. Work, test, tidy

We complete the work, test every circuit touched, clean up and show you what was done.

Our standards

Careful in your home, exacting in the work

Good electrical work is mostly invisible. These are the habits that keep it that way.

  • Plain-language explanations

You'll understand the problem, the fix and the reason for each recommendation.

  • Protected, tidy work areas

Drop sheets down, dust kept in check and offcuts taken away when we leave.

  • Tested before sign-off

Every circuit we work on is tested and documented before the job is called complete.

  • Honest scope

We only recommend the work you need, and we'll say so when a simple fix will do.

Good to know

Questions before you book

Quick answers to what homeowners ask most often.

What should I do if something smells like burning or sparks?

Switch off power at the main switch if it's safe to reach, keep clear of the area and contact your local emergency services if there's any sign of fire. Then send us a request so we can make the installation safe.

Do you charge for quotes?

Straightforward jobs can often be quoted from photos and a description. Larger or more complex work needs an on-site assessment, and we'll confirm any assessment fee before booking.

Will my power be off during the work?

Usually only for part of the visit. We plan shut-offs in advance, tell you how long they'll last and keep essential circuits running wherever possible.

How should I prepare for a visit?

Clear access to your switchboard and the work area, and note any symptoms you've noticed — when they happen and what was running at the time. That helps us diagnose faster.
